How do I get things “unstuck’ in webkinz?

With my new Pink Poodle that I recently purchased, I recieved a pink convertible car as a welcome gift. However, it somehow got stuck in the doorway of a room in my house and I can’t get it out. My webkinz just walks thru it as though its not there. Can someone please help me get it unstuck?
