5Geting Started in Radio Control Airplanes.

Yes, this is a great book for the beginner as well as an progressed flyer, because it is packed with a great deal of info. Gerry makes the book very readable and illustrates it well. I’ve enjoyed reading this book, because Gerry gets elaborate without dragging out subjects or boring with too much wordy material. It even has a utile address and internetlocation division for extra data and clubs. Thanks for a outstanding resource material. I would highly commend this book to anybody with intrest in R/C Airplanes…but doesn’t recognise where to look…Well here’s your Start. Great Work ! (:

4Very Good book.

Very utile information. The division on covering was a real lifesaver! It has good selective information also on basic flight and a large total of utile tips to a beginning modeler. I actually liked this book.

The only reason I didn’t give it five stars was I felt it didn’t rather cover the topics in rather sufficient depth. A little more detail and this would be a perfective book.

But still very worth the money.

2Out of date

This was a finelooking good book, but the info now is rather dated. LiPo batteries and brushless motors are the popular now, electrics have come a long way.
