Poor durability

I purchased this product to support with lower back pain. The wedge did smell a bit on the chemical side at first, even though I was competent to tolerate the odor until it dissipated (something like a week). Most importantly, it helped tremendously with my back. Unfortunately, this lasted only a couple of months, and now the wedge seems to offer little support (the 7″ vertical height in the back is now naturally compressed to something like 2″). I’m a bit ambivalent regarding the purchase. Yes, the sleep is worth the money, but I would imagine you could make a more lasting pillow.

Awesome relief for acid reflux!

This pillow has worked better for me than some very costly medication. Such a simple solution for nighttime acid reflux. I wish my doctor had had me try this primary rather of just resorting to a prescription!

I got the 7-inch height rather then the 12-inch, and it produces a great deal of elevation for me (granted, I’m pretty small). But I feel like the 12-inch wedge would feel like sitting upright, and might be better as a reading-in-bed pillow but not so great for sleeping. 7-inch produces sufficient elevation to alleviate reflux, but I still feel like I’m lying down. This pillow is likewise outstanding for reading in bed with a pillow or two stacked on top. And I admit, my fiance and I have come up with a few other fun uses for it in the bedroom.

The pillow initially had a bit of an unpleasing foam smell, but this has dissipated. I put a towel over it and that seemed to solve the problem. Shipment arrived speedily and in outstanding condition. Would unquestionably buy again!

Do not buy this wedge pillow!

This pillow is like sleeping on a sack of cement! Get memory foam instead. Oh, and when I called Vitality Medical the day after receiving this to say it was completely unacceptable, I learned that I had to compensate the $15.00 to ship it back to them. Awful product, exceptionally bad or displeasing client service and I’m out $15.00. Be warned!
