Fluffy and sweet, ok but not great, includes a lot of bedroom scenes.

STORY BRIEF:
Bethany is the only child of a wealthy business man and his trophy wife. Her parents gave her cash and things but never time or love. Her father arranged a marriage for Bethany and Douglas, for the intent of a business merger. Bethany does not like Douglas and goes to Las Vegas with the intention of running away from her parents. She wants to get a occupation and live independently.

Jack and his siblings inherited a huge ranch in Montana. They will each receive cash after being married for three months. Jack needs cash to create and run the ranch, so he goes to Las Vegas hoping to find somebody to marry him for a short time.

They meet. They marry. They in truth get along great. The major conflict is Bethany doing an approach/avoidance. She fears intimacy because she doesn’t want to get hurt after he divorces her in three months. She welcomes the physical fundamental interaction but is closed up emotionally. A second plot involves what happens with Bethany’s former fiancé.

REVIEWER’S OPINION:
This was ok, not great. I had no major difficultnesses with it. I see it as a beach read where you don’t mind being interrupted. It’s a sweet, feel good story with nice characters, almost too sweet. Nice things happen. Bethany finds freedom to be herself, think, do and contribute. She has impressive business acumen. She was also ludicrous and irresponsible. Jack is the kind of guy most women love: respectful, committed to her and gorgeous. There is a lot of descriptive sex, including rear door activity.

Bethany needs to escape her family and fiancée and decrease rapidly – fast! Easier said than done, when you are the daughter of a rich and powerful man determined to keep up appearances for the sake of his political career.

Jack is in Las Vegas looking for a wife. With a will stipulating Jack won’t come into his inheritance until he is married for three months, Jack’s grandfather has left Jack desperate.

When Jack and Bethany meet over a bottle of Patron tequila, they seem the answers to each other’s prayers – a theory furthered when they stumble into a wedding chapel accidentally! Jack’s remote ranch appears to Bethany to be the perfective place to hide from her family with a new name to cover her trail. Jack believes that Bethany, being the daughter of one of the wealthiest men in the country, will effortlessly relinquish any claims to his inheritance when they divorce in three months. Neither expected to fall in love.

When their mysteries are exposed and Bethany’s family finds them, will their love be strong sufficient to keep them together or will they lose everything?

This was a genuinely great read! Cara North proves she has a captivating writing style with Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off, spinning a contemporary tale of love amongst two people who thought they’d never find it and have resigned themselves to a business relationship.

Jack is the cowboy each little girl and grown woman wants to find for herself! Sweet, sexy, and very randy, he without apparent effort steals a woman’s heart without even trying!

Bethany personifies that woman inside of all of us – yearning to break free and find that wild woman inside herself after a lifetime of being detached and ignored by her family. Watching her learn to let go is perfectly heartwarming.

Cara North has thoughtfully paved the way for future sequels ought to she choose to follow up Tequila Makes Her Clothes Fall Off, by giving Jack two brothers, each of whom have their own romantic woes. Brothers Heath and Rafe are evenly as hunky and strong as Jack, but their romantic difficulties are vastly different. The author has cleverly permitted us peeks into Heath’s and Rafe’s relationships in this story, leaving the reader panting for more! In fact, she also leaves room for more of Jack and Bethany’s story, without leaving the reader sentiment as altho this story is in any way unfinished. I look forward to reading more of Cara North’s work, and fervently hope to see sequels to this one!

GREAT Reading – very entertaining!

I loved this story and would commend it highly. It’s terrifically romantic and very sweet.

The only thing I’m bummed regarding is that I can’t find the sequel book anyplace – “She Thinks My Tractor’s Sexy”. I saw it once on a internet site for download and went there after reading this firstborn book – in order to buy it too – and it was gone. It disappeared. I hope I find it eventually.

A series of these books would be fabulous!
