Rover is a rough-and-”red”-y dog. He was born May 30, 1996. This little guy might be a mutt, but he is full of spunk. From nose to tail, Rover is bright red. And what a nose it is. On the end is a big black button, and his eyes are littler black buttons set close together. The effect is perfectly adorable. Big floppy ears finish off his comical look.
