Keesha and her two mums go swimming is a good natured story that promotes young children when it comes to LGBT families.
This lovely book follows Keesha and her two mums going swimming at the pool where she meets her best friend Trevor and his two dads.
This book is easy to read making it suitable for young children. By advancing young children to read this book it tells them with regards to gay and lesbian families, so it makes it idealisti for schools, nursarys or just children with questions.
However the book likewise promotes understanding in regards to same sex parenting and family relationships. It shows that if there are two mums or two dads, their lives are not any dissimilar to families with a mum and dad.

Awesome Gift!

I got this book as a gift for my cousin’s family. It was a very sweet book that distinctly displayed how dissimilar families are each bit as crucial as “normal” families and have fun doing the same types of activities.

At original I thought It might be a bit too much as a gift, but my cousin LOVED the book and the illustrations. Her kid Jesse did too!

I would commend this book to anybody looking for a liberal book that portrays dissimilar types of families and ethnicities reasonable and equal. I could likewise see how this would be a good edition for any school library that wants to give a wide idea of how dissimilar families operate.
