What causes a webkinz to run in place in a clubhouse room?

I’ve seen these webkinz running in place in clubhouse rooms. It’s like they’re on a treadmill, but it’s not the exercise room. Am I somehow seeing a webkinz which is actually in the exercise room? That’s so weird!

How do you get into webkinz clubhouse?
